Nova’s telephones are answered 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.  Repairs of equipment are guaranteed within 30 days with the repairs being free if we take longer than 30 days.  In the event of an emergency, such as the transport of an extremely dangerous inmate, Nova is prepared to send equipment to customers for delivery the following morning.  We provide counseling and instructions over the phone, but only in extreme emergency situations.
